Gorgeous Blue Formal Prom Dress

This is an absolutely stunning royal blue mermaid dress. Perfect for a formal event, prom or black tie affair. The dress just molds to your body and the ruching makes you look snatched! The tag says a size 6 (bridal size 6). It has stretch but my measurements are a size 33-24-37 so I would say it fits more of a size 0-4 given the stretch.
