Light and airy Textured fabric Silky-like sheen to it Maxi length MSRP- $165 Measurements Shoulder to shoulder- 18” but they do have elastic. Can be worn up on the shoulder or down more. Lots of stretch there Waist- 12” un stretched, backside is elastic can stretch to 14.5” Length from shoulder to bottom hem is 52”
