It’s lined with the softest fabric I’ve ever laid my hands on. The hem of the flutter sleeve cape is finished strikingly with black thread. As shown in photos, this beauty is wounded with many holes throughout. While it is wearable, the fabric is quite delicate. Perfect for a collector, designer, or seamstress.
