Vintage!!! 80's. Like New(besides normal yellowing from storage/age)This pleated skirt has wide Navy & White stripes and includes a belt. *the belt was a little bit too small for my mannequin so that is why I photographed it this way. the belt (and bottom hem) also has some minor yellowing due to its age* Measurements are included in photos and a video of the belt. **There may be slight color differences in photos due to lighting** Please feel free to leave any comments or questions!
