All belt loops attached Original belt still present Labeled size 14, Should fit like a US size 6 Per my measurements: Waist (laid flat, measured across front) 14” Length (laid flat, measured from waist and to hem) 24.5” This item is previously owned. The skirt is in excellent vintage condition. No stains, rips, etc. no significant signs of wear. The same cannot be said for the belt. Belt material is pulling away near buckle and at end of belt. Can be tacked back down if desired, or the skirt is lovely without the belt.
