New, unopened, factory sealed packages of Dr Brown nipples for narrow bottles. Both contain 2 brand new nipples. One box is Preemie Flow and the other is Level 1 or Size 1 - for newborns. So glad I bought extras so I didn't have to worry so much about washing these every night lol great to add to a shower gift or with Dr Brown's bottles!
