Vintage Scott McClintock black velvet blazer/top size 12

This is a super cool vintage find! Fits like a blazer but buttons up with a fabric pieces that crossed over the chest so you can wear it by it’s self. Size 12 but I’d say fits like a small/medium. Black velvet and lace details.
