Reposhing this item I purchased from @zinanguyena97. Loved it, but I’m buying this again in a smaller size. The smocking is SO stretchy, so I’d say it definitely fits true to size and you shouldn’t worry about the measurements looking too small in the size table. I thought I needed to size up… I did not!
