Yeah it’s just that stupid slime that my daughter bought .. it’s dried out it just has to be peeled off and I haven’t had the chance to peel it off but it came off my other bags and this looks like it’s coming off.. there’s no smell in the bag .. I’ve used the bag but never put food in it ew lol just makeup and money ❤️❤️
