New PILYQ Halter Faith Maxi Dress Size XS/S

Gorgeous dress or swim cover. Maxi with halter tie and V-neck. Semi sheer fabric with liner at mini length. Split in front, low back, flowy and beautiful. There is some water marks from spot cleaning it. Will try to get this out, but wanted photo first! This should wash out well. No pilyq tags, store tags only but is new and unworn. Just had the spots from being tried on.
