This is a gorgeous corset top. It is NWOT. The back is lace up and adjustable. The shoulder straps have buckles that can be adjusted. The front features Steampunk inspired clasps that work. A small or extra small could wear this laced up completely, or a medium could wear this with the back let out a little.
