Hi there, This is a vintage Jeannie Nitro Bone Church dress. It is a tank style black velvet dress with sheer material flowing from the shoulders. These are not sleeves. it has been well cared for (although home has cats) and I will have it cleaned prior to shipment. This is a size M, although Jeannie tends to run a but small. When I wore this, I was 5' 6" and around 110 lbs.
