This is a gorgeous blouse by Alfani. Brand new with tags. Size 3X, but I feel like this brand runs smaller. I would say more 1X-2X. There is some stretch, but only in the lining of the blouse. Classic elastic blouson sleeves. V-neckline is trimmed with beautiful coordinating lace. Hits at hip. Fully lined with a soft polyester (except for sleeves). Machine washable. Color is “Blue Crest.” It’s a bright shade!
