soniasfabflea @tamcoult65 Hi, thanks so much for asking. The measurements are from pit to pit stretched 26" across. The length from the back of the neck to the hem 26.5" long. The fabric is like a jersey t-shirt like feel. The tags are missing, so that's my best guess. I hope that helps. 😀
