Beautiful unique dress! It is new with tags, however it does have a few flaws - there are some snags throughout the skirt, with one bad patch on the left side (pictured). Generally the snags aren’t noticeable - I myself didn’t notice them until I began to inspect the dress closer. There is also a spot where the boning on the front V is sticking through a bit(pictured), but this is on the interior of the dress. I love this dress and would definitely have kept this, but it’s one size too big for me. Because of defects, dress is 1/2 price. Retail price $88.90.
