Formal dress

Loved this formal dress from Windsor. only worn once. There is an open back and i did hem 2 of the straps slightly when i wore it, but the stitch can be taken out. Shown in photos. There is also a nice band at the bottom hem that helps keeps the dress in it’s flared shape. I am 5’ 6” for reference.
