Good Morning Stacey, the material is thicker than a shear, there is pockets on each side of the blouse in front, putting my hand underneath the blouse you can’t see my hand! I hope that answers your Question…

I should also tell you, that the front is button down, the buttons start where the top of the front packets are I’m going to take another picture so you will be able to see that
