Black Windsor Skirt, Tulle material <3 Size Medium but its got a stretchy waistband ;) I took pictures of the length and waistband measurements. because its stretchy anyone who's a size small to MAYBE a large could fit it. I'm an XL and it gives me a serious muffintop... lol no tears or damage ;) adds great volume as an under skirt for a gown or if u wanna do a Goth Princess look ;) It's black, u can do anything with it ;) Windsor is known for their great gowns and dresses, and this is one of those great finds!
