Vintage Floral Print Full Pleated White Skirt

Good vintage condition except for the waist band which has yellowed compared to the rest of the skirt. But if you wear a thick belt over it is unnoticeable. The artwork is so colorful and unique. It’s printed on but almost looks as if it was embroidered from afar. Left waist button and zipper. Measurements taken laying flat: Waist: 16 in Length 28.5 in
