satinsandals @kelleyhoward705 Thank you for your question. It’s a jacket. It opens in front - no zipper or buttons. I often wear black pants and a sleeveless black top, and my professional jackets are what I vary. Love this one but my size changed so I bought this exact same jacket in another size because I get so many compliments on it!
