I normally wear a size small or XS and this fits me. See measurements: pit to pit about 18.5” and length is 24”. Down insulation and 100% polyester lining. It has a cover on the zipper to protect the neck, zip close pockets and a loop to hang. Inside the waist band is an elastic drawstring. No flaws noted except a tad bit of discoloration on neck inside as pictured in last photo. Looks so cute with the Los Gatos vest listed separately
