Good condition! Small amount of wear as seen in last pic, not noticeable when worn. Very pretty, adjustable size due to tie. Size small, length measured as in photos. One of the belt loops is coming undone, not needed to hold belt in place though, belt goes through hole on other side and ties perfectly.
