Vintage cobalt blue/ floral tumbler set

This is a set of 4 vintage Victorian floral cobalt blue tumblers. Glass. Hand painted with beautiful flowers and leaves. Stunning design! 3 are in Excellent condition, 1 has small chip on bottom rim as shown in photo. But it's on the bottom. 1 has a tiny bubble in the glass when made. Please view photos. Very pretty color that catches light beautifully! Rare find! Measurements are included in photos.
