This dress is New with Tag. It is a plus size 4x, but fits more like a 2x/3x. It is 58 inches long, and 25 inches from armpit to armpit. I could not find a fabric content tag, but it feels like a Polyester/Spandex mix. There is figure flattering ruching around the waistline, and I concealed side zipper.
