Vintage Green Dress with Rhinestone Detail

Beautiful deep green synthetic fabric drapes down the front and back, and has a double strip of rhinestones adorning one hip. There are weights sewn inside the neckline to achieve the draping effect on the front and back. Skirt falls to around the knees. There is a top and skirt but they are attached/sewn together on one side at the hip under the rhinestones (it’s hard to describe, so please see last few photos). No stains or tears that I can see. A few stitches are loose on skirt waistband, but cannot be seen when wearing the dress.
