Torrid dress size 1 16/18 shimmer skater

Amazing black shimmer special occasion skater dress ... they run a bit big and could easily fit a size 20 as well .... I have 2 of these ...loved it so much I bought an extra but lost too much weight to fill it out Bust from pit to pit laying flat is approximately 21” (stretches to about 27”)…. Waist under bust is approximately 19” (stretches to about 24”)
