condition is great pre-loved. there's a little bit of a stitching issue on the inside of one of the lower pockets as shown in the last pic...otherwise, all buttons are intact, no stains or holes. I've included a couple photos of additional pieces from this collection to show the vibe... there's a really cute interview with Anna where she talks about handwashing all of the velvet from this show.
