Velvet, Chiffon, & Satin Formal Gown perfect for Prom, homecoming, a formal affair or black-tie event. The top is a velvet / valour material, the ribbon at the empire waist is satin, and the full length skirt is layers of chiffon. You can see there is a built in bustle so you do not have to wear a bra if you don't want to. I am 5'2" and wore 4" heels. Dress is a size 6 and in perfect condition. Originally cost $150. I am including the matching necklace, earrings, and two velvet baretts I wore with it for free. The dress is a darker red material closer to maroon than to red. It is a deep, rich color. Measurement across empire waist is 14.5", across breast is 16", from the top of the velvet section to bottom of chiffon is ~45". If you wanted to remove or tuck the satin spaghetti straps, it could be worn strapless.
