Has some scratching and wear on exterior (pictured, mostly on bottom and trim) and some dirt (also pictured) and a little staining in the inner pocket (pictured). The biggest flaw is that the piece attaching the outer flap to the outer snap has detached and is BROKEN (pictured), but the bag still zips shut just fine.
