What can be more retro than a navy blue & white polka-dot print!? This roomy popover blouse from Talbots features flowy bracelet-length sleeves (or 3/4 length depending on your arm length). Sleeve and bottom ruffles have smaller polka-dots. Gently worn. Size is Petite XL, so length hits around upper hip area. Small button closure at back of neck is a cute detail. Material is 100% polyester, flowy and not at all sheer. Why I like it: Polka-dots are retro but timeless!
