Made in USSR painted Russian round wooden box with lid vintage

Beautiful box marked made in USSR (so likely dates from 1980s or earlier). Wood painted with cherries or apples. Measures 3" tall for box only, 5" with lid. No defects noted. Smoke and pet-free home.
