Vintage Candela NYC skirt. This is a striking skirt that should rest comfortably on the hip. Multiple tiers of beige corduroy finished with a scalloped bottom edge. Each tier is attached with an unfinished edge. There is no waistband and it has a side zipper with hook and eye. Dress it up or dress it down. Fully lined and swirls like no other.
