Sheer blouson sleeves add breezy elegance to a shapely dress overlaid in sumptuous lace with a scalloped finish. Sleeves have button at cuffs. Scallop edge neckline and hem. Only worn once. There are 2 very small minor tears in the lace. They are honestly not noticeable at all as it blends in with the rest of the lace.
