vintage PLAID PLEATED wrap SKIRT xs (E1)

High waisted plaid pleated skirt, 1970's-era JC Penney. There is no fabric content tag, so I can't guarantee there is no wool in this. The tag says it's hand washable. Wrap style, closes with an interior button, and two side buckles on the front left. More flat in front, and pleated on the sides and back. Fits like XS to S, it's a little too small for me, so I don't have it closed all the way in the pics, haha! I usually wear a 4/6, this is probably better for 0/2/4. 25" waist, 17.5" long. Excellent condition.
