Free People smocked ruffle satin floral maxi dress or maxi skirt. Worn in photos as a tube dress but can also be worn as a skirt; especially flattering worn high waisted with a loose tucked in shirt. Blue and brown and tan floral pattern on a black background. Ruffle detail at the bottom and very flowy silky silhouette. Boho beach and vacation vibes with a Y2K color scheme that translates effortlessly to today.
