May have been worn once..put on weight. Marked as a Large. It measures 41 1/2" in length from end if buccal to the tip of the belt, 1 1/2" wide. Buccal is just shy of 3 " wide. No marks on the leather. There is however some pitting on back of the metal on the belt. See picture.
