Cropped, smocked hooded sweatshirt ***Really soft, lightweight, year round hoodie** Machine wash and dry. Big wide hidden gathered waistband with lots stretch. Should hit at just above belly if tall  or at belly. If not.  Measures =18.5 chest lay flat, lower down (under pits) it is 18 inches. Sleeve is 19 in roughly and total length is 24 in top shoulder to bottom of hem at waist. measured with a tape measure ***May be running Small** check measurements im a 38d wearing it in large in pict and i would size up to x large (My normal size is Large). i have a long back. New in pkg. Tag not attached. I'ts in the rainbow bag it came in. never worn. Formed fitting except the tummy and sides tummy have some room. the arms and rest are a feminine, but not tight fit.
