SUNSCREEN, sleep, hats, sunglasses, moisturizer & eye cream (daily since I was 15), eat fairly well, limited alcohol, drink plenty of water, exercise (although I walk daily; I haven't been back to the gym since the pandemic- need to get back). I also get occasional botox. I had eyelid surgery in 2020...I always had heavy eyelids, but it got out of control with age. I can send you my before & after pics! 🥰

foresttreasures @bethmgold I am doing OK, Thanks for asking. Some moments are tougher than others, but I am learning to live a different kind of life. I try to stay busy busy busy, spend time with Lucy the cat (when she allows it) & of course little Stanley who needs a lot of attention now that he is almost completely blind. He is a little lover.
