mblah @gigidylan hi there. when I measure down from the waist it tapers to gradually to 18 and when it hits the hip area is 19 inches wide. And it stays 19 inches to the bottom.

victoriaeastman Hi! Could you add a photo of the top (waist) of the skirt? It’s cut off in the photos. Also, is this true black? In the photos, it looks dark brown. Thanks!

mblah @victoriaeastman hi there I just added a bunch of new pictures. Hope that helps. I also placed a pair of black leggings near the skirt so you can see the contrast but I would call it more of an off black/black. There is no brown in it at all.
