This extraordinary cashmere/wool blend sweater from Italian designer Blumarine is a rare find! It has a crossover v neck with intricate beading detail and rhinestones on the shawl collar. The body of the sweater is mid to light weight and subtly marled. The color is hard to describe—I would call it wheat. Light yellowish brown, with some slightly darker threads incorporated. Light ribbing at wrists and bottom hem. The beading is in excellent condition, I don’t see any flaws or missing or loose beads. The fabric is in excellent condition, very gently worn, if at all. Made in Italy. From the tags I believe this to be from the 1990s, possibly the early 2000s. Size IT 40 D 34 —probably equivalent to a US size 4 or small. Lying flat: Pit to pit 19.5” Top of shoulder to bottom hem 24.75”
