This Coach bag is authentic and brand new it still has some of the protective paper on the straps and Inside stuffing. It comes with 2 detachable shoulder straps and 2 top handle carry straps that are not detachable. HOWEVER 2/4 of the outside screws came out of the top handles. That’s why it’s priced lower than the purchase price. I don’t have the missing screws You will have to take it and get it fixed which should be simple. I just never had the time. Please see photos to decide for yourself. Outside of that this bag is brand new and never carried. The bag is new but was a floor model so there may or may not be minor imperfections. I didn’t see any however I will post pictures of all, if any minor defects that I can see so you can judge them for yourself and make your own decision.
