Jeffrey Campbell Havana last Chelsea navy blue boot. they resemble a rain boot however you could wear them as a rain boot or totally casual. I do not have the tags but these appear to have never been worn, and if they have it was very minimally. The tabs on the bottoms of the shoes are still present. I would keep them myself but they are too big. Through research I have been unable to find any new Jeffrey Campbell navy blue boots, black is available but you can only get navy blue in used shoes. These do not have tags but are brand new.
