Sister Jane is a UK brand, and their sizing is different than what you might be used to. I did attach a copy of their size chart. Please review all measurements below for proper fit. I can not guarantee fit. The gold does have a sheen to it, and the bottom hem has a fringe on it. It feels very high-quality to the touch. Everything I have ever bought from Sister Jane has always been made well and held up well. The only flaw I am seeing is some loose strings here or there, but nothing that takes away from the skirt. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 14.25 inches and pulls to a max of about 14.5 inches. There is no stretch. The length is about 18.5 inches, not counting the fringe and about 19 inches counting the fringe.
