curvythrifts Hey! Does this fit oversized or tighter?

kayhunnay @sky45 the material doesn’t have much stretch to it so the measurements are pretty true to size but the neck, sleeves and chest have an oversized fit. I am 5’2 and have a short torso, although this is cropped it fits to my natural hips instead of waist.
