Vintage Black Beaded Evening Clutch

This is probably from the 70's or 80's but still in pretty good shape. There are a few markings on the inside (last pictures). The outside also has a little bit of a ridged loom like it was folded a few times but you can't even really see it in the picture (or in real life from most angles).
