This black mesh bag appears to be vintage, and there is no brand marked that I can find. I can say that its quality seems quite high. There is a faint emblem pattern on the burgundy interior fabric but I cannot make out what it represents. I wondered if it's Whiting and Davis but I can't confirm that with no markings. What is very odd and unusual about this bag is that has an ant (insect) pictured on each of the gold hardware pieces that affix the chain to the purse. Please see photos. I tried to research and see what that might mean and could find nothing. If you know something about this bag I would love if you messaged me with details!
