And I'm a 6/M DD) - chest laid flat approx 17.25", material stretches nicely - waist approx 15.25" - top of shoulder to hemline approx 39.25" - 96% polyester, 4% spandex - it has great stretch where you need it - sleeveless and has a higher scoop neckline so it doesn't wrap across the chest like a true wrap style, but it gathers on the right side and there is double layer to the skirt.
