Louis Vuitton snake skin bag charm.

This bag charm came off of an LV Artsy bag. I’ve included a picture of a similar bag to show how it hangs. It is authentic python but is slightly damaged as picture shows. It can still be used as a bag charm, python is just pulling away from strap. Or the gold charms can be repurposed.
