stylistposham I am not happy about all this especially because other Artists are selling Seint on Poshmark. I am giving it a week. If I continue to see other artists selling, I will probably take legal action. I did nothing wrong but made happy customers. :(

victoriaroseco @stylistposham it’s part of the artist contract you sign upon sign up to not sell anywhere except the Seint website. This has been a rule they have had for years. It’s not new. Since they started as a company back when they were Maskcara, they have prohibited artists selling on third party sites. Most MLMs have the same rule.

victoriaroseco @stylistposham There’s no way to know who is and isn’t an artist on here unless you see them explicitly state that they are an artist. For example, many assume I am, but I am not. Not everyone selling Seint items here is an artist, but many are, yes. They need to either crack down on ALL artists selling on here or allow all to sell. I’ve heard from others that it’s a lot of favoritism etc.

victoriaroseco @stylistposham If you have any questions for me feel free to reach out! Posh also prohibits drop shipping which is another issue because most artists are drop shipping. This is a problem on other platforms as well not just Posh.
