Forever 21 Black and Yellow Dress with Tie Up Design

Beautiful flowy dress with gold and yellow flower detailing, tie string in the back, and elastic back (no zipper). Super cute and comfy. Perfect for spring! Gently used, some signs of normal wash wear but no flaws. Size 4 but fits well as a looser dress as well, so could work for smaller sizes.
